Selling triggers taxes you can’t see coming, holding keeps your wealth concentrated in one company, and at filing time your CA needs numbers your broker never gives you. So we built Rovia: your RSUs, taxes and investing in one place, working like the rest of your money.

The first-generation wealth challenge

Most of us are building wealth through company stock: RSUs, stock options, equity compensation. None of it was part of our parents’ financial vocabulary, yet our financial future now depends on one or two stocks. Most people believe they have only two options.

  • Keep holding the company stock and carry too much risk.

  • Sell the company stock and pay high taxes and forex costs.

  • There’s a third: keep what matters, diversify the rest, and pay less to do it.
